The gusts on the plains are fierce, which makes the Sooner State a great place to harness clean, renewable wind energy. Our commitment to greening our energy supply is also strong, which is why we’ve just signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) for wind energy—our second in less than a year—in Oklahoma.
Charges filed for March incident

Doug Denard of Minco has been charged with misdemeanor assault and battery following a March 19, 2011, incident at a local business. According to the police report, an employee at Gas NGo alleges that Denard grabbed her wrist.
Council okays plan to save Branum Building

Cut Will Cost Rural America $340 Million

If the Federal budget passes unaltered this Friday RC&Ds (Rural Conservation and Development programs) will receive no funding for the current year, effectively shutting the programs down and cutting $350 million dollars in support to rural America.
